The Houmas, also called Houmas House Plantation and Gardens, is a historic plantation complex and house museum in Burnside, Louisiana. Established in the late 1700s, its main house was completed in 1840, and the Greek Revival-style complex of eight buildings and one structure, on 10 acres, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. The name honors the Houma people, who originally occupied the area.
