The Thomas H. Ruth House is a two-story house on the corner of South Dakota Highway 45 and 3rd Street at 209 Poinset Avenue in De Smet, South Dakota. Built as a single residence in 1900, it was remodeled in 1929 and divided into apartments. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999, it has also been known as the Prairie House Manor Bed & Breakfast.
