Tour Initiale, formerly the Tour Nobel, is an office skyscraper in the La Défense business district west of Paris, France. Completed in 1966, it was the first office tower built in the district. Designed by Jean de Mailly and Jacques Depussé, with engineer Jean Prouvé responsible for the glass facade, it uses curved glass at its corners, an element then largely unknown in France that had to be imported from the United States.
