Saint-Denis, France

Tour Pleyel is a mixed-use skyscraper in Saint-Denis, in the Paris suburbs, designed in the modern style by Michel Folliasson and Bernard Favatier. Built in 1972 on the former site of the Pleyel et Cie factories, it is the only one of four identical towers originally planned for a large urban park to have been constructed. A rotating advertising sign at its summit, in place since 1997, brings its total height to 143 metres, while the tower itself stands 129 metres. Since July 2024 it has housed a luxury hotel operated by H-Hotels.
