The Triangle building, initially referred to as The Capital, is a postmodern office building built in 2009 on the Robert Schuman Roundabout in Brussels' European Quarter, Belgium. Most of the European External Action Service occupies it, alongside some other EU departments, and its staff moved in during February 2012.
