The Trinitatiskirche, a Renaissance Revival church in Dresden's Johannstadt district, was built from 1891 to 1893. The February 1945 bombing raids burned out its aisle, destroyed its roof and interior, and left the ruin standing. Since German reunification the open nave has served as a youth center for concerts, meetings and film screenings, and the surviving spire has been renovated for the center's rooms. It is a heritage monument in Saxony.
