The Tripoli Cathedral is a former Roman Catholic cathedral in the city centre of Tripoli, Libya's capital, on what was once Piazza della Cattedrale. Completed as a church in the 1920s during the Italian colonial era, it was repurposed around 1970 as the Algeria Square Mosque, and the square was renamed Algeria/Elgazayer Square. It is built in the Romanesque Revival style.
