University Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian complex in Buffalo's University Heights neighborhood, comprising Colonial Revival red brick structures built in two phases: the original sanctuary wing (1928) and a later education wing (1956). The buildings follow the Wren-Gibbs tradition and feature a distinctive trapezoidal plan created by the V-shaped orientation of these two sections. The front facade showcases a two-story tetra-style pedimented portico supported by wood Doric order columns, crowned by a tall tower and steeple in the Wren-Gibbs style. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015, the church remains part of the Presbytery of Western New York, itself part of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
