Villa Serena, a Mediterranean Revival residence in Miami designed by architect August Geiger, served as the winter home of politician William Jennings Bryan, who frequently hosted events there for up to 500 guests. The house is also known as the William Jennings Bryan House. In 2007, philanthropist Adrienne Arsht purchased the property and undertook a four-year restoration that preserved its traditional architectural character. The villa was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in January 2012.
