The Vodojem in Jablonec nad Nisou, Czech Republic, is a water tank designed in the Art Nouveau and Historicist styles that serves as a technical monument and designated cultural monument of the Czech Republic. Built to meet the town's water infrastructure needs, the structure exemplifies the ornamental ambitions applied to utilitarian architecture during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, when even functional engineering works were often dressed in contemporary artistic vocabularies.
