Demolished or destroyed.
The Waldhaus Dolder was a hotel and restaurant building constructed between 1894 and 1895 on the Zürichberg hillside near Zürich, Switzerland, in the Heimatstil architectural style. Designed by architect Jacques Gros, it functioned as both a restaurant and mountain station for the Dolderbahn, a cable railway that ascended from Römerhof square. The building was conceived as part of a larger leisure complex developed by Heinrich Hürlimann, who envisioned the site to include a wildlife park and hotel facilities. The Waldhaus underwent several renovations and expansions between 1899 and 1930 before its demolition in 1972.
