The Whaley House is a Greek Revival–style residence and museum in Old Town, San Diego, California, built in 1857. It is the oldest brick structure in Southern California and California Historical Landmark No. 65. It was the home of Thomas Whaley and his family, and at various times also housed his general store, San Diego's second county courthouse, and the first commercial theater in San Diego.
