The Wick Building, constructed in 1910 by the prominent architectural firm D. H. Burnham & Company, stands as Youngstown, Ohio's second-tallest structure. This 13-story, 184-foot-high tower exemplifies Chicago School architecture, featuring a distinctive row of arches at its crown. Originally commissioned as a bank building, it dominated Youngstown's skyline as the city's tallest building until the completion of Metropolitan Tower in 1929. The structure was recognized for its historical significance when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on February 8, 1980.
