The William DePuy House is a historic frame dwelling built around 1851 in Lima, Livingston County, New York. Standing one and a half stories tall, it blends vernacular Greek Revival and Gothic Revival design elements. The façade is distinguished by a single-story hip-roofed porch supported by Doric columns, a hallmark of the Greek Revival style that dominated mid-nineteenth-century American domestic architecture. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
