Winchester Town Hall is a historic civic building erected in 1887 at 71 Mount Vernon Street in Winchester, Massachusetts, to designs by the architectural firm Rand and Taylor. The two-and-a-half-story brick structure blends Queen Anne and Romanesque Revival styling, its most striking element being a four-plus-story clock tower crowned with a pointed, gable-trimmed roof. The building was partially funded through a bequest from William Parsons Winchester, after whom the town is named. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and incorporated into the Winchester Center Historic District in 1986, it remains a defining landmark of the town's civic center.
