Zrze Monastery is a Byzantine-style monastery near the village of Zrze, about 25 km north-west of Prilep in North Macedonia. Its church of St Peter and St Paul has been renovated several times, and its 14th-century wall paintings survive only in fragments. The monastery is known for its 1421 icon of the Holy Virgin Pelagonitissa, painted by Makarije Zograf and now part of the iconostasis, considered one of the last outstanding achievements of Byzantine icon painting.
