The 100-Flat Building is a Stalinist apartment building completed in 1938 in the Saburtalo District of Tbilisi, Georgia, designed by Mikhail Kalashnikov and Nikolai Severov. Built during the height of Stalinist urban development, the structure exemplifies the monumental residential architecture characteristic of the era. Now recognized as a cultural heritage site in Georgia, the building remains a significant example of early Soviet architectural ambitions in the South Caucasus.
