This apartment building in Saburtalo District, Tbilisi, was completed in 1955 by architects Ketevan Sokolova-Kurdiani and Ivane Chkhenkeli. Designed in the Stalinist architectural idiom that dominated Soviet construction of the era, the structure exemplifies the blend of historicist and modernist impulses characteristic of mid-century Georgian architecture. The building is recognized as a cultural heritage monument in Georgia.
