At 66 Old Church Street in Chelsea, London, stands a single-family residence designed by Walter Gropius and Maxwell Fry between 1935 and 1936 for politician and playwright Benn Levy. Known as Levy House, it forms part of a joint development with Cohen House and exemplifies the modernist approach these architects brought to residential design in interwar Britain. The building was designated Grade II listed on the National Heritage List for England in 1970.
