The Church of St. John in Tirilye (now Mudanya, Turkey), a Byzantine-style structure built in the nineteenth century, served the local Greek Orthodox community until the 1923 population exchange between Greece and Turkey displaced its congregation. The church's three-storey western section, distinguished by Byzantine decorative details and stone ornaments, features a prominent stone doorway and has since been converted into a private residence locally known as the Dündar House.
