All-Hallows-the-Great was a baroque church in London's City, standing on what is now Upper Thames Street. First documented in 1235, the medieval church was destroyed in the Great Fire of London of 1666. Sir Christopher Wren's office designed its reconstruction, completed in 1677. The building survived until 1894, when it was demolished and numerous bodies from its churchyard were disinterred and reburied at Brookwood Cemetery.
