The Anthony Massad Three-Decker is a historic triple-decker house in Worcester, Massachusetts, built around 1912 and representing the Colonial Revival style. When listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, it was recognized as a notable local example of the style, though its original architectural character has been compromised by later exterior modifications. The house originally featured distinctive Colonial Revival details, including Tuscan columns on the porch and modillion blocks in the eaves, many of which have since been lost or obscured.
