The Frank McPartland Three-Decker is a historic triple-decker house in Worcester, Massachusetts, built around 1912. A representative example of the modest Colonial Revival style applied to this distinctive regional housing type, the structure retains much of its original character despite some loss of architectural detail through later exterior modifications. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
