The Patrick McGuinness Three-Decker is a historic triple-decker residence in Worcester, Massachusetts, built around 1908. A rare example of a double triple-decker configured to house six units, the building combines the practical multifamily typology common to New England industrial cities with Colonial Revival architectural styling. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, it remains well preserved and exemplifies an unusual variation of the triple-decker housing form that dominated working-class neighborhoods in early twentieth-century Massachusetts.
