Designed by Marcel Breuer and located in Mar del Plata, Argentina, the Ariston Club exemplifies the International Style and the Modern Movement. The building embodies four of Le Corbusier's Five Points of Architecture: pilotis (supporting columns), free floor plan design, independent façade treatment, and horizontal windows. Designated a National Historic Monument of Argentina in 2019, the structure represents a significant example of modernist architecture in South America.
