Built in 1899 in Windham, New Hampshire, the Armstrong Memorial Building served as the town's first purpose-built library until 1997, when it transitioned to housing the town museum. Designed in the Shingle style with Colonial Revival elements, the structure at 3 North Lowell Road exemplifies early municipal architecture of the period. Its recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in 2018 reflects its significance as both a functional civic landmark and an architectural expression of its era.
