The R. Wayne Estopinal College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, established in 1965, is a brutalist structure housing one of the state's most comprehensive design education programs. Located in the Architecture Building on the main campus, it accommodates architecture studios, classrooms, lecture halls, laboratories, offices, an architecture library, gallery space, and the Ball State Center for Energy Research/Education/Service. The college offers degrees across seven disciplines—architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning, historic preservation, urban design, construction management, and interior design—and is notably home to Indiana's only accredited Master of Urban and Regional Planning and Master of Landscape Architecture programs, as well as the state's sole Planning Accreditation Board–accredited undergraduate urban planning degree. The college was renamed in 2019 to honor alumnus R. Wayne Estopinal.
