The Belvedere is an observation tower and garden tea house built in 1789 in the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district of Berlin, designed by Carl Gotthard Langhans. Serving dual purposes as both a functional vantage point and an ornamental pavilion, it reflects the 18th-century taste for garden follies and pleasure structures within palace grounds. Today it stands as a designated cultural heritage monument in Berlin, with portions of the structure recognized as a protected heritage site.
