The Blankinship Motor Company Building is a historic auto dealership at 120 East Cypress Street in Warren, Arkansas, designed by H. Ray Burks and completed in 1940. Built in the Art Moderne style, it replaced a horse barn on the site and was celebrated as emblematic of an "era of progress." The building originally operated as a Ford, Mercury, and Lincoln dealership and service station until 1965, then continued as a service center through 1982 before taking on various subsequent uses. Burks, whose architectural practice also encompassed the Lonoke County Courthouse and the Drew County Courthouse, brought modernist design principles to this commercial structure. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.
