Bon Haven, also known as The Cleveland House, was a Second Empire style residence built in 1884 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The two-story brick dwelling featured a distinctive mansard roof and central tower, later enhanced with 1920s Neo-Classical additions including massive Ionic columns and a grand portico. Built by John B. Cleveland—a founder and trustee of Converse College and Wofford College who also helped establish Spartanburg's city school system—the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. Despite efforts to preserve and restore it, the property deteriorated significantly, and was demolished in September 2017. An apartment complex bearing the same name was subsequently built on the site in 2021.
