The Campanar de Santa Maria de Sils is a bell tower designed by Catalan architect Rafael Masó i Valentí and completed in 1907 in the village of Sils, located in Girona Province. Built as part of the broader Catalan modernism movement, the tower exemplifies Art Nouveau architectural principles through its distinctive formal vocabulary and decorative sensibility. Masó, a leading figure in early twentieth-century Catalan architecture, brought his characteristic refined approach to this religious structure, which stands as a notable example of modernist ecclesiastical architecture in rural Catalonia.
