The Chapelle Œcuménique de Flaine, designed by Marcel Breuer and completed in 1973, stands in Arâches-la-Frasse in the Haute-Savoie region of France. This ecumenical chapel exemplifies Breuer's modernist approach, constructed with slate roof tiles and wood. Originally built as part of the Flaine ski resort development, the chapel reflects the architect's characteristic integration of bold geometric forms with natural materials. In 2025, it was identified by France's heritage mission as a building at risk and subsequently classified as a historical monument, recognizing its architectural and cultural significance.
