Charlotte Williams Memorial Hospital, a three-story Renaissance Revival structure in Richmond, Virginia, was designed by architect Albert W. Fuller and constructed between 1901 and 1903. Built with brick and granite walls reinforced by steel joists, the building follows an H-shaped plan and features neo-Palladian detailing. Its interior is equipped with steel elevators and masonry stairs. In 1986, the Virginia Department of Transportation acquired the former hospital and rehabilitated it for office use. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated a Virginia Historic Landmark.
