The Church of St James the Less stands in the village of Tatham in Lancashire, England, rising above the flood plain of the River Wenning. Dating to 1401, the building exemplifies English Gothic and Norman architectural styles. The church serves as an active Anglican parish church within the Diocese of Blackburn, its benefice now united with several neighbouring churches to form the benefice of East Lonsdale. Designated Grade II* listed, the structure reflects the work of the architectural firm Sharpe, Paley and Austin, though the extent of their involvement in its medieval fabric remains contextual to its long history.
