The Church of the Holy Crucifix (Santissimo Crocifisso) in Alcamo, Sicily, was begun in 1550 and displays Rococo architectural styling. Dedicated to both the Holy Crucifix and San Francesco da Paola, it serves as the seat of the Confraternity of the Most Holy Crucifix, which received the privilege of Fiera Franca from the count of Modica in 1565. A friary dedicated to Saint Francis of Paola originally adjoined the church.
