The Cleveland Arms Apartment Building in Hot Springs, Arkansas, is a three-story L-shaped residential structure completed in 1945 as housing for returning World War II veterans. Built with Federal Housing Administration support by insurance company owner Thomas Cleveland and designed by local architect I.D. McDaniel, the building exemplifies Streamline Moderne style through its brick veneer finish and Art Deco detailing, including simplified Art Deco surrounds framing the entrances and stylized "Cleveland Arms" lettering adorning the Oakwood Street facade. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.
