Located at 300 West 13th Avenue in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the Parkview Apartments is a historic Art Deco apartment building completed around 1925. The two-story masonry structure, constructed of buff brick, features a distinctive U-shaped plan and Classical Revival details including a projecting cornice and crenellated parapet at the center. Originally containing twelve units, it was the largest apartment building in Arkansas by total square footage at the time of its construction. Built by businessman O.C. Hauber, a significant figure in Pine Bluff's early twentieth-century development, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
