The Community Theatre stands at 207 West 2nd Avenue in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, a two-story brick building finished in stucco with Moderne styling. Originally constructed in 1889, it initially housed a furniture store and later a five-and-dime shop before being converted to theatrical use in the 1920s. The building's distinctive Moderne design dates to renovations undertaken after a 1951 fire. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.
