The State Theatre is a Streamline Moderne cinema in Red Bluff, California, designed by architects Alexander A. and Mackenzie A. Cantin and constructed in 1945–46. Built to replace a theater destroyed by fire two years earlier, it stands as one of the few theaters constructed in the United States during World War II. For decades it served as the sole public stage in Tehama County until 1991 and the only cinema in the region until 1993, making it a significant cultural landmark. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
