The Conference Center UNESCO in Paris, completed in 1958, represents a landmark collaboration between three modernist masters: Bernard Zehrfuss, Pier Luigi Nervi, and Marcel Breuer. Designed as a convention center, the building exemplifies brutalist architecture with its bold sculptural forms and expressive use of raw concrete. The structure combines the engineering innovations of Nervi, the spatial vision of Breuer, and Zehrfuss's contributions to create a striking architectural statement befitting its international cultural purpose.
