The Dixon House is a brutalist tower block completed in 1968 on the Silchester Estate in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London. Rising 61.7 metres, the structure exemplifies the raw aesthetic of brutalist architecture through its use of reinforced concrete and brick, materials characteristic of the style's bold, sculptural approach to residential design. As part of the post-war expansion of London's housing stock, it represents a significant example of mid-twentieth-century modernist apartment building.
