Dai-ichi Life Hibiya First, known as DN Tower 21 from 1995 to 2022, is a 99.8-meter office tower designed by Kevin Roche and completed in 1995 in Yūrakuchō, Tokyo. Erected on the site of two former 1930s office buildings—the head offices of Dai-ichi Life (1938) and Norinchukin Bank (1933), both designed by Jin Watanabe—the tower occupies historically significant ground that once housed the headquarters of General Douglas MacArthur and the Allied occupation administration following World War II. The building is designated a Tokyo Metropolitan Government-designated architectural structure of historic value. After Norinchukin Bank vacated the premises in early 2022, the structure was renamed and continues to serve as the head office of Dai-ichi Life.
