The Dodge-Hamlin House, a Mission Revival residence in downtown Colorado Springs, was designed by Nicolaas van der Arend and built by Clarence Phelps Dodge in 1916. Originally serving as a private home, the structure was integrated into the Colorado College campus in 1943 and was recognized on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014, largely due to its association with two prominent local newspaper publishers and editors—Dodge and Clarence Clark Hamlin—and its subsequent institutional significance.
