Built around 1898 in Arlington, Massachusetts, the Taylor-Dallin House is a Colonial Revival and Shingle style residence notable as the home of sculptor Cyrus E. Dallin from 1899 until his death in 1944. The two-and-a-half-story wood-frame structure features a hip roof punctuated by dormers and a front porch supported by Tuscan columns. Originally constructed by Jack Taylor, the house was purchased by Dallin and served as his residence while his studio, now vanished, occupied the rear of the property. Dallin was among Arlington's most prominent citizens in the early twentieth century, and his sculptures remain visible throughout the town's public spaces. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
