The Dr. George Fennemore House, built in 1898 in Beaver, Utah, exemplifies vernacular domestic architecture enriched with Second Empire influences. Its most distinctive feature is a mansard roof, characteristic of that grander architectural tradition, lending the otherwise locally-rooted design a touch of period sophistication. The house was recognized for its historical significance when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
