The Eden Roc Miami Beach is a resort hotel designed by Morris Lapidus in the Miami Modern style and completed in 1955–56. Located at 4525 Collins Avenue, the building rose on the former site of the Warner Estate after protracted litigation over development rights settled the competing claims to both this property and the neighboring Firestone Estate, which became the Fontainebleau Hotel. The hotel contains 621 guest rooms, including 96 suites, and now houses the Nobu Hotel Miami Beach. It was renovated in 2008.
