Edifício Itália, a 165-meter, 46-story skyscraper in São Paulo's República district, was built between 1956 and 1965 and designed by Brazilian architect Franz Heep. The modernist tower, officially named Circolo Italiano, features a public rooftop observation deck and ranks as the fourth tallest building in São Paulo. Designated as a cultural heritage site of good class by Conpresp, it remains a notable example of mid-century modern architecture in Brazil's urban landscape.
