El Centro Español de Tampa is a red brick clubhouse erected in 1912 in the Ybor City neighborhood of Tampa, Florida, serving as an ethnic and cultural gathering place for the Spanish immigrant community. Built in Mediterranean Revival and Moorish Revival styles, the structure at 1526–1536 East 7th Avenue stands as one of the few surviving buildings specifically dedicated to Spanish immigration during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 as part of the Ybor City Historic District, it was designated a U.S. National Historic Landmark on June 3, 1988—one of only two individual structures in Hillsborough County to receive this honor. Today integrated into a shopping and entertainment complex, the building houses a restaurant and continues to anchor the cultural legacy of Ybor City.
