Fira is an underground metro station in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, southwest of Barcelona, designed by Japanese architect Toyo Ito and opened on 12 February 2016 as part of Barcelona Metro line 9's southern extension. Located beneath Avinguda Joan Carles I, the station serves Fira de Barcelona's Fira Gran Via trade fair venue and the Pedrosa industrial park, with direct access to the fair's main entrance. It opened as one of fifteen stations on the 20-kilometre L9 Sud section connecting Barcelona–El Prat Airport to Zona Universitària, operating at a regular 7-minute frequency in each direction.
