The First Christian Church in Lonoke, Arkansas, is a two-story wood-frame structure built in 1916 as the first permanent home for a congregation that had organized eighteen years earlier. Its distinctive Tudor Revival styling is expressed through stucco cladding with half-timbering details on the upper levels and weatherboard on the first floor, while a complex hipped roof topped with exposed rafters and brackets in the Craftsman style crowns the composition. Situated at the northwest corner of 2nd and Depot Streets on a residential scale, the church was recognized as a historic place and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
